The best heliskiing spots in Italy

Valle d’Aosta is a famous heli-skiing spot in Italy, with nothing less than the Mont Blanc, the roof of Europe, in view. Some of the most beautiful glaciers in the Alps are under your skis, and our guides will take you to the authentic high mountain, in itineraries adapted to your level, to the weather conditions and to the quality of the powder snow. Discover a whole new terrain to ski, for amazing runs and great descents.
From the Italian resort of Courmayeur, a helicopter can take you to the most beautiful peaks of the Mont Blanc massif in just a few minutes. Skiing has never been such a unique experience. Depending on the itinerary, you can be dropped off near the Piton des Italiens, culminating at an altitude of 4,002 meters, at the Glacier de la Lée blanche, at the Petit Mont Blanc, near the Aiguille des Glaciers or at Mont Fortin.
From La Thuile, a short helicopter flight enables you to discover other emblematic spots, with a drop-off at Tête du Ruitor or Mont Freduaz.
Valgrisenche, a wild valley on the side of Valle d’Aosta, is surrounded by high peaks and majestic glaciers. Becca di Tos, Feluma or Château Blanc, the sites are varied, with a difference in altitude that can exceed 2,000 meters.
From Sestrière (Sestrières in French), a well-known resort in Piedmont, you can fly to an altitude of over 3,000 meters in the Val Argentera and Val de Thures areas.
The choice of the “ski run” depends on many criteria: duration of the flight and the descent, weather conditions, snow conditions and quality of the powder snow, level of practice of the participants… Each itinerary promises you strong emotions and unique sliding sensations, in a powder snow where you invent your own track.
